About the Role
This position is located in a Regional, Subregional or Resident Office (Field Office) of the National Labor Relations Board. The position has responsibility for all the legal work of a Regional Office and is responsible for the overall planning, direction and control activities concerning the investigation, processing, and disposition of unfair labor practice (ULP) charges filed in the Field Office.
What You'll Do
- →Managing litigation within the Regional Office including relaying litigation strategy to attorneys involved in administrative proceedings before the NLRB and injunction and subpoena enforcement cases in the U.S.
- →District Courts and bankruptcy court.
- →Conferring with supervisors on the assignment of cases to the respective case handling groups, maintains continuing contact with supervisors and individual field attorneys and examiners to whom cases have been assigned, to ensure cases are being processed expeditiously and efficiently.
