You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Integrated Test Coordination Branch Code 224, Availability Support & Planning Division Code 220, Chief Engineer Code 200A, Engineering Department Code 200 of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan work to be accomplished, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare work completion schedules.
- →You will develop and evaluate subordinate employees' performance standards.
- →You will participate in advancing MARMC and Engineering Department strategic planning initiatives to promote continuous improvement.
- →You will establish and maintain metrics and measures that are aligned in support of command, department, division and branch initiatives and goals.
- →You will perform advance technical planning, preparation coordination and oversees execution through in-depth knowledge of testing and evaluation or a comprehensive test program for complex multi-disciplinary and interdependent shipboard systems.
- →You will act as technical expert and authoritative source for major decisions regarding planning for and certification of industrial availability Key Event Milestones.
