YOU WILL SERVE AS A SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN IN THE FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT DEPT OF FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee the team responsible for the procurement and installation of industrial plant equipment, ensuring all projects meet technical requirements, schedule, and budget allocations.
- →You will plan and develop statements of work that minimize disruption of ongoing aircraft overhaul and maintenance activities.
- →You will make decisions in relation to scope, schedule, budget and contract recommendations to prevent conflicts, scope creep, contract modifications and work stops.
- →You will ensure that completed work meets contractual requirements, identifying any technical, safety and environmental issues for resolution.
- →You will serve as conduit for information regarding project activities and the affected building occupants.
- →You will be responsible for coordinating, coaching, facilitating, problem solving, integrating, and tasking of subordinates.
