The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, mentoring, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the organization. What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the organization, ensuring that engineering work complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Performs professional electronics engineering work involved in the application of advanced theories, concepts, principles, and processes.
- →Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
