This position is part of the Interior Business Center (IBC), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), IBC Human Resources Directorate. The incumbent will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and oversight for the Department's and external fee-for-service agencies in support of the Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP).
What You'll Do
- →Manages internal and external agency Drug and Alcohol Testing programs and related services.
- →In conjunction with other Section Chief(s) provides leadership and oversight to Branch for assigned collection and agency program management activities.
- →Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned customer drug and alcohol testing programs and special projects.
- →Serves as a member of various project teams external to the Division that impact business processes, operations, systems, or services.
- →Develops, coordinates and/or delivers training; provides briefings and presentations; develops standard operating procedures that lead other towards the successful accomplishment of projects and services.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with customers and other drug testing personnel.
- →Supports Contractor Officer Representative (COR) and Contractor Officer to coordinate and identify requirements to solicit and award contracts to monitor performance to meet internal and external drug testing customer needs.
Requirements
- ✓Citizenship is required.
- ✓Suitable for Federal employment, determined by background investigation.
- ✓Direct Deposit of pay is required.
- ✓Selective Service registration required for male applicants, unless exempt.
