What You'll Do
- →Manage Center resources, including workforce, funding, space, and systems, to support effective acquisition operations and mission delivery.
- →Oversee execution of complex acquisitions and ensures delivery of acquisition outcomes across the Center's portfolio.
- →Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing and category management solutions aligned with enterprise and HHS priorities.
- →Develop and implements customer engagement strategies, ensuring effective partnership and delivery of acquisition solutions across HHS and Office of the Secretary stakeholders.
- →Lead industry engagement strategies for assigned procurements, fostering collaboration and market awareness to support acquisition outcomes.
- →Operationalize organizational strategy into Center-level execution plans, aligning resources, priorities, and performance expectations.
- →Oversee use of acquisition systems (e.g., HCAS, PRISM, or equivalent) to manage operations, ensure data integrity, and support reporting.
