What You'll Do
- →Serving as a key operational leader responsible for workload management, prioritization, and delivery of acquisition outcomes across assigned divisions and branches.
- →Acting as a Gatekeeper for intake and execution, ensuring alignment of requirements with OMAS mission, enterprise priorities, and acquisition strategies.
- →Overseeing quality and consistency of acquisition execution, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- →Serving as a senior advisor to customers, maintaining ownership of customer relationships and ensuring delivery of acquisition solutions that meet mission needs.
- →Operationalizing organizational strategies into executable acquisition plans, aligning team resources and priorities to meet performance expectations.
- →Leading and developing a high-performing workforce, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management of subordinate supervisors and staff.
- →Identifying operational challenges and implements process improvements to enhance acquisition delivery and organizational effectiveness.
