About the Role

This position is part of the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL). As a Supervisory Contract Price/Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the Laboratory's financial assistance management and control processes, including the expert analysis, interpretation of audit reports, development of government positions, and finalization of indirect cost rate agreements for financial assistance recipients and, to a lesser extent, contracts.

  • Veterans shape the future of energy As a Supervisory Contract Price/Cost Analyst, you will: Supervise the financial assistance management and control processes, ensuring adherence to regulations like 2 CFR Part 200 and developing government positions based on audit reports.
  • Direct the analysis and finalization of indirect cost rate agreements for financial assistance recipients and contracts.
  • Independently assesses recipient accounting systems, internal controls, and financial viability to evaluate risks before awards are made.
  • Advise and support internal stakeholders and recipients, ensuring clear guidance on financial assistance awards.
  • Oversee and direct cost price analysis for financial assistance and contracts, including pre-award accounting system assessments and managing indirect rate agreements.
