You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CIVIL ENGINEER in the PLANNING, DESIGN, AND CONSTRUCTION DIRECTORATE of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare and/or direct the preparation of working drawings and specifications, and review of construction drawings and specifications.
- →You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, considering the difficulty and requirements of the assignments.
- →You will review designs, plans, specifications, and design analysis prepared by others.
- →You will resolve complaints from individual employees, resolve group grievances, investigate serious complaints and involve HRO as necessary to ensure timely and effective conflict resolution.
