To serve as Chief and program manager organizing, directing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees within the Civil Engineer Squadron Portfolio Optimization Element.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes and directs the activities if the Element.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the element with a variety of installation and functional area organization.
- →Communicates and coordinates element issues with higher headquarters, regulatory agencies, other installation units, community officials, etc.
