The FRTIB is looking for a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as a Supervisory Benefits Specialist (Division Chief). Special selection priority consideration will be given under the Career Transition Assistance program (CTAP) and the Interagency Career Transition Assistance Program (ICTAP) to well-qualified surplus or displaced candidates within the local commuting area.
What You'll Do
- →The major duties of the position are: Responsible to manage three quality assurance branches related to Participant and Beneficiary Services, Customer Service, Transaction and Mail Operation.
- →Independently manages three oversight branches and programs responsible for ensuring that oversight levels and methodologies align with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan and are fully coordinated with the Contracting Officer's Representative and the Program Manager.
- →Develops and implements strategies and proposals to identify and address current issues related to Thrift Savings Plan contractor oversight, including the various issues that are involved in administering program operations and policies.
- →Develops and establishes position descriptions, work plans and performance standards, and evaluates staff.
