What You'll Do
- →This position serves as the Supervisory Auditor and, as such, will: Provide vision and direction by ensuring clear expectations, giving regular feedback, coaching staff in skill development, evaluating performance accurately, and appropriately recognizing the contributions of individuals and teams.
- →Direct and monitor oversight work related to the Agency's financial operations (including overseeing the work of independent public accountants) and information systems and technology within statutory deadlines.
- →Develop highly productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- →Foster teamwork, collaboration, coordination, and matrixing to accomplish goals and effectively use engagement resources.
- →Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively convey complex financial management and information technology concepts and prepare clear, concise, and well-organized written materials tailored to a variety of audiences.
