What You'll Do
- →Serves as the principal technical advisor and consultant to the General Counsel on highly complex, controversial, and sensitive technical matters related to investigative services for procurement fraud activities.
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the investigative services function and related fraud programs.
- →This includes developing goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure mission accomplishment and effective use of resources.
- →Represents the Operations investigative services function on complex audit and financial issues with external organizations such as the Department of Justice (DoJ), Department of Defense Inspector General (DoDIG), and other investigative bodies.
- →Oversees the Agency's technical training program for the investigative services function, directs the development of training materials, and assists in the presentation of courses and workshops.
- →Exercises full supervisory responsibilities, including selecting candidates, managing employee performance, handling complaints, approving leave, and identifying developmental and training needs for staff.
Requirements

- ✓Citizen as verified through E-Verify Program.
- ✓Background Investigation: All selectees will be subject to a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
- ✓You must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance eligibility at the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level.
- ✓You will be subject to a random counterintelligence scope polygraph.
- ✓Drug Testing: This is a drug testing designated position.
- ✓You must pass a drug test before your assignment to this position and you will be subject to random drug testing subsequent to your assignment.
- ✓Financial Management (FM) Certification Program: As a condition of employment, the selectee must meet the requirements of the DoD FM Certification Program.
- ✓The FM Certification Program is a course-based program consisting of three certification levels.
- ✓Level III certification must normally be completed within two years of the selectee's employment start date.
- ✓Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification Program: As a condition of employment, the selectee must meet the requirements of the DAWIA Certification Program.
- ✓The selectee must obtain the required certification within the specified grace period for their applicable certification level, except that designated Key Leadership Positions at the GS-14/15 levels require certification completion at the time of assignment.
- ✓Mobility Agreement: All DCAA auditors must sign a mobility agreement.
- ✓This agreement may require you to be reassigned every five to seven years.
