About the Role
The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the agency's primary legal advisor on matters relating to requests for information and documents from key external stakeholders, including Congress or the Government Accountability Office (GAO) in connection with their respective oversight responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- →Working closely with the General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel for External and Legislative Affairs will guide the agency's responses to oversight requests while navigating the agency's legal duties and its strategic goals and objectives.
- →The position requires a capable legal strategist with exceptional judgment, preferably with past experience with congressional oversight, legislative affairs, and GAO.
