About the Role
As a Supervisory Attorney Advisor (CR) (Division Director) at the GS-0905-15, you will be part of the Investigations and Compliance Division, Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for providing legal advice regarding the Commission's internal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) program to subordinate staff and EEOC top management.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as Director of the Investigations and Compliance Division, with direct responsibility for the division's functioning and staff.
- →Ensures accomplishment of the division's mission by providing direction, coordination, and guidance to staff.
- →Applies broad knowledge of EEO laws, rules, regulations, and policies, and of alternative dispute resolution methods and the legal processes through which disputes of a legal or factual nature are resolved.
