The primary purpose of this position is to exercise supervisory and management authority over the Military & Family Readiness Center assigned. Serves as a consultant to leadership on matters related to personal and family readiness.
What You'll Do
- →Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjusts short/long -term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Develops goals and objects that integrate organizations and Airman and Family Readiness Flight objectives to build and enhance instillation unit and family readiness through center-based, unit-based and community outreach delivery.
- →Establishes, develops and maintains effective working relationships with other base organizations, senior leadership.
- →Establishes, defines, and implements M & FRC Program requirements to ensure operations are in line with support goals and regulatory/fiscal/mission requirements.
