What You'll Do
- →Supervise and direct the daily operations and personnel resources within the branch by planning work, evaluating subordinates, and resolving employee complaints.
- →Apply professional knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and procedures to provide expert accounting assistance.
- →Ensure the integrity, propriety, accuracy, and timeliness of all day-to-day accounting transactions.
- →Identify operational problem conditions and determine the necessary corrective actions to resolve them.
- →Evaluate new work and incoming strategies to determine required system changes and ensure minimal impact to the agency's accounting systems.
