The positions are located in the Office of Administration's Space and Facilities Management Staff (SFMS), Executive Office for Immigration Review, U. S. Department of Justice. Incumbents will oversee and manage real property, personal property or logistics and customer service with the General Services Administration and other federal and public entities. This is a Competitive Service position; additional positions may be filled from this announcement within 90 days of certificate issuance.
What You'll Do
- →Duties include but are not limited to the following: Manages and leads an interdisciplinary team of professionals in real property operations and facility management, and project delivery.
- →Develops, implements, and maintains the business management policies and procedures to effectively and efficiently facilitate the delivery of services to customers.
- →Directs the management and tracking of all aspects of on-going facility management.
- →Provides authoritative advice to the Chief, SFMS on team priorities, planning, analysis and management of initiatives and responsibilities.
- →Plans and coordinates the development of facility management requirements of EOIR space in field and headquarters locations.
