You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND of NAVAL INFORMATION WARFARE SYSTEMS COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a key advisor to the Executive Director and COS, developing future concepts and providing strategic guidance on policies with significant impact on NAVWAR's mission, resources, and future requirements.
- →You will provide administrative assistance with the Senior Executive workforce management, coordinates talking points and briefs for speaking engagements, and performs other executive administrative functions as required.
- →You will provide management and oversight for major command projects, leading diverse, cross-organizational special project teams and complex inter-organizational initiatives aimed at delivering new, innovative capabilities.
- →You will drive business reform and a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and pursuing efficiency opportunities, promoting the strategic application of resources, and resolving critical problems affecting program administration.
- →You will leverage expert communication skills to present delicate positions on controversial matters in a professional and persuasive manner to Flag officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) leadership.
