About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the of LOGISTIC AND LIFECYCLE ENGINEERING (40000)NIWC ATLANTIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead and manage the Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Reliability Engineering workforce, providing strategic direction, workforce development, performance management, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- →You will oversee logistics support functions throughout the system life cycle, including product support management, maintenance planning, technical data, training, supply support, transportation, and facilities management.
- →You will supervise personnel within a Competency Aligned Organization, providing guidance, coaching, performance management, and administrative oversight while fostering employee engagement and retention.
- →You will identify and implement process improvements that eliminate barriers, increase efficiency, enhance service delivery, and support continuous business improvement initiatives.
- →You will manage customer relationships by assessing requirements, planning resources, allocating personnel, and ensuring successful delivery of logistics and product support outcomes.
