What You'll Do
- →Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to: Serve as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in the development, implementation, and oversight Special Warfare personnel.
- →This position also supports data collection and management of metrics for performance enhancement, manpower utilization, facility needs, and program budgeting.
- →Position will require individuals to provide technical and administrative support, as directed by organizational leadership, and conduct routine communication, coordination, and collaboration with internal staff members and external organizations to ensure adequate Special Warfare Airmen support.
- →Duties Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) responsible for training tactical athletes (both staff and students) at basic and advanced levels.
- →Develops, implements, reviews, revises, and integrates progressive Strength and Conditioning training plans and materials (both group and individualized) IAW established HPO training objectives.
- →Collect physical performance data and provide data compilation to decision authorities upon request.
- →Provide in-service training to instructor cadre in strength and conditioning as needed IAW the National Strength and Conditioning Association and/or equivalent governing bodies deemed acceptable by the HPO Director.
- →Oversee and evaluates unit and mission effectiveness.
