The primary purpose of this position is to develop, lead and oversee the execution of long-range strategic communication plans and messaging that align with and support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) advertising and marketing initiatives; require superior strategic planning, narrative development and stakeholder management skills and serve as a senior communications specialist.
What You'll Do
- →Formulate, develop and direct comprehensive, long-range and integrated communication strategies that underpin all advertising and marketing campaigns.
- →Oversee the development of strategic briefs for creative teams and agency partners.
- →Direct and oversee the creation of a wide range of marketing and communications materials.
- →Collaborate with creative teams, public affairs and subject matter experts to produce content that is accurate, engaging and persuasive.
- →Oversee the routine and comprehensive assessment of all strategic communication initiatives.
