What You'll Do
- →This job contributes to Starbucks success by leading a team of store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners.
- →Responsible for the economic and efficient operation of the club which includes food and beverages.
- →The store manager is required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the store.
- →In particular, a majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store¿s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store.
- →Plans, organizes work and manages internal resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies.
- →Prepares financial plan, budgets, inventories, cost controls, and related records and reports.
- →Trains, schedules work, appraises performance, counsels assigned personnel, and recommends personnel actions.
- →Effectively supports the Marine Corps Equal Employment Opportunity policy, and ensures compliance with fire, safety, security, sanitation, and other environmental issues.
- →Maintains and enforces security for MCCS funds, merchandise, supplies, equipment, and property to preclude or minimize the potential for fraud, waste, and abuse.
- →Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
- →Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
- →Takes action to solve problems quickly.
- →Alerts the higher-level supervisor, or proper point of contact for help when problems arise.
- →Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
