The primary purpose is to serve as the primary Squadron Operations Supervisor (Ops Sup) Assistant for military flight operations and to serve as the Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM) Technician with responsibility for scheduling, ancillary training, operational reports and other administrative duties, and more.
What You'll Do
- →Executes the daily flying schedule in a high tempo environment managing deviations instantly and frequently.
- →Prepares, maintains, and validates Flight Authorizations (FA).
- →Operates, monitors, maintains and updates squadron level Aviation Resource Management System.
- →Establishes, updates, and maintains office records of various types.
- →Uses varied functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
- →Prepares a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents.
