About the Role
You will serve as a Specification Writer (FMFS) in the Public Works Department of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
What You'll Do
- →You will gather program information from a variety of sources to resolve issues surrounding work operations and contract support.
- →You will retrieve data from electronic information sources to develop reports.
- →You will identify and recommend corrective action to maintain program milestones within specified cost and schedule.
- →You will prepare required acquisition documents, analysis, formulation, presentation, and execution of contracts
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: You have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- ✓OR You have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- ✓OR You have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR You have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
