Department: 56 Force Support Squadron (FSS) Marketing Department Funding Type: Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Employment Type: Flexible (No guaranteed hours, no benefits) Core Mission: To develop, implement, and oversee the 56 FSS digital strategy across social media, web, and mobile platforms. Operating under the direction of the Marketing Director, this role drives online community engagement, maximizes brand exposure.
What You'll Do
- →Office Administration & Customer Service: Performs general office duties, including receiving telephone calls, tending to customers, completing work and email orders, routing correspondence, and maintaining both electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- →Document & Print Production: Utilizes Microsoft Office and Adobe design programs to produce customer order proofs, documents, and other projects from pre-designed templates.
- →Operates production equipment including printers, copiers, scanners, and folding/cutting machines.
- →Marketing & Publicity Support: Assists in preparing, producing, and distributing publications and marketing materials for squadron activities, programs, and functions (e.g., magazine booklets, brochures, calendars, flyers, posters, banners, signs, and slide presentations).
