What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Test Section Head for Sea Launch Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N).
- →You will provide overall planning, direction, and success of key test programs, systems development efforts, and/or testing initiatives for SLCM-N.
- →You will lead strategic planning to determine goals, objectives, direction, and priorities of assigned organization, program, or project to meet mission critical requirements.
- →You will provide expertise and advice on planning across a broad range of testing programs.
- →You will advise on financial and contracting problems and challenges and makes substantive recommendations for solutions.
- →You will negotiate and integrate functions with customer needs in support of managing efforts into a comprehensive management plan.
- →You will serve as a recognized authority in the development and interpretation of testing management and policies and guidelines.
- →You will manage team activities, progress, and scheduling to ensure successful project performance.
