The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Service Contracts Manager by performing the full scope of service contract manager functions to include identification, development, administration, inspection, and evaluation on a variety of service contracts for the Civil Engineer (CE) Squadron.
What You'll Do
- →Identifies requirements and develops contract packages for Civil Engineer service contracts executed by the Operations Flight.
- →Performs Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) duties to monitor and document contractor performance and evaluate against service contract requirements.
- →Performs fiscal year budget planning in support of Civil Engineer service contracts program.
- →Prepares and presents briefs, interface, and coordination on complex facility projects, both recurring and non-recurring service contracts.
