About the Role

Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a SECRETARY in the DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (DMO), G-4 Logistics Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. What You'll Do
- →You will receive calls, greet visitors, and direct appropriate contacts to appropriate staff members.
- →You will compose correspondence on administrative support or clerical functions of the assigned office.
- →You will review correspondence and letters for proper spelling, grammar, format and arrangement of material.
- →You will use various types of office automation systems such as word processing, data base management, electronic spreadsheets, and graphics packages to complete assignments.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of four-years of education above high school.
