About the Role

Please see Additional Information section below.*** You will serve as a SECRETARY in the G-1 Division of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP BUTLER. Initial consideration for this announcement is limited to the number of applications listed at the top of this announcement. What You'll Do
- →You will submit allocations for professional training enhancement and type correspondence packages related to personnel records and technical education.
- →You will coordinate with higher echelon commands and sections regarding professional development, training sources and commendatory documentation.
- →You will file forms, correspondence, training records and reports, and screen documents prior to distribution.
- →You will maintain excel training database to expedite extraction of both postal and personnel information.
- →You will type mandatory correspondence for the Postal Officer, Postal Chief, and others in the organization You will incoming calls to ascertain the nature of requests and directing the callers to appropriate staff.
- →You will maintain and coordinate schedules for visitation to the postal facility and personnel.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: 2 years above high school A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
