About the Role
This position is in a Regional, Subregional or Resident Office of the National Labor Relations Board. The incumbent of this position serves as the Secretary to the Regional Director and will perform a wide variety of highly responsible secretarial and administrative duties relating to the responsibilities of the Regional Director and the entire subordinate organization.
What You'll Do
- →As a Secretary (OA) (Regional Director Secretary),GS- 0318-9, your typical work assignments may include: Making travel arrangements.
- →Maintaining the Regional Director's calendar.
- →Receiving visitors and placing and receiving telephone calls for the office.
- →Reviewing outgoing correspondence for grammatical style and conformance to established office policies, practices, and procedures.
- →Compiling and analyzing charts, tables, statistical reports and other data of office operations.
