About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Bellows Air Force Station, Waimanalo, HI.
What You'll Do
- →Monitors operations of a restaurant or assigned area, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends.
- →Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned by management.
- →Placing weekly orders for food and supplies.
- →Purchasing with government issued P-Card.
- →Assist with balancing daily financial intake.
- →Provides instruction and guidance to all restaurant staff members on functions taking place during the shift.
- →Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility, and that restaurant rules, regulations and established procedures are followed.
- →Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift.
- →Maintains order in the facility.
- →Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems.
- →Responds to emergencies.
- →Ensures adherence with security, safety, sanitation, cash handling and property control procedures.
- →Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ✓Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
- ✓This position does not allow for education substitution.
