What You'll Do
- →As Realty Assistant (Generalist/OA), GS-1101, your typical work assignments may include, but not limited to: Communicates with beneficiaries, lessees, land owners, and the general public regarding process options, documentation, and other needs associated with contracting activities.
- →Is responsible for advertisements/publications, verifying data which is utilizing to process applications for contract.
- →Assists with administrative duties, records management, processing correspondence, reports, time and attendance.
- →Screens incoming correspondence prepares and processes replies to routine inquiries and assembles any required supplemental material and submits for signature.
