The primary purpose of this position, RANGE OPERATIONS MANAGER, GS-0301-13, is to serve for the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR) for Test and Evaluation (T&E) and large-scale training events as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for planning, organizing, and determining the necessary policies, regulations, directives, doctrines, and procedures for assigned program(s).

- →Participate in contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual and funding processes/procedures used in the development and delivery of products and/or services.
