This position is located at Fort Campbell, KY, MWR, NAF Support Services Division - Financial Management Branch. This position is eligible for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual. What You'll Do
- →Manages the end-to-end process for independent observer inventories of merchandise and fixed assets.
- →This includes scheduling, preparing briefing materials, conducting observer training, and reconciling final reports.
- →Executes unannounced internal control reviews for all Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) activities.
- →Responsible for documenting results and providing detailed findings to division leadership.
- →Conducts physical security inspections (including key control, security) in conjunction with cash counts to ensure all facilities adhere to departmental and regulatory requirements.
- →Coordinates documentation for change and petty cash funds, maintains administrator lists, and develops formal instructional guidance for assigned operational areas.
- →Develops instructions for assigned areas of responsibility.
- →Performs other clerical/administrative functions and duties as assigned.
