What You'll Do
- →Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised.
- →Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee.
- →Designs, develops, and optimizes Power Apps and web forms using user experience interface best practices to improve usability, resolve interface issues, and streamline business processes.
- →Coordinates with NASA stakeholders to ensure Power Apps and forms comply with security, privacy, and Section 508 requirements before deployment.
- →Assists in planning, designing, and developing applications that improve usability, increase user adoption, and reduce maintenance of legacy systems.
- →Leads user research to define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for Microsoft 365 solutions that support daily operations.
- →Configures application logic, secure data connections, and user interfaces within Microsoft 365 to deliver reliable, integrated low-code solutions.
- →Tests, troubleshoots, and maintains low-code applications to resolve defects, validate functionality, and adapt solutions to evolving business and platform requirements
