About the Position: Assists Project Manager (PM) and Program Manager (PgM) in planning, developing, coordinating and implementing processes and procedures related to management systems for projects managed within the District. Perform duties in support of project management, control, coordination and execution of assigned projects.
What You'll Do
- →Performs a full range of analysis, including program/project development and defense; funding analysis and execution; along with management and external coordination.
- →Ensures program and project data and information are in approved formats, accurate and factual; funding schedules are realistic and are within programmed amounts; justifications and scopes of work present strong support for funds being requested.
- →Utilizes electronic budgeting systems to develop and adjust program and project budgets.
- →Analyzes and evaluate, on a continuous basis, the status of programs through the utilization of a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques; analyze trends and forecasts capability to achieve desired execution rates.
- →Conducts special studies and accomplish special projects as required to facilitate and insure good budgetary preparation and execution.
