About the Role
You will serve as a Program Manager (Project Integration Team Lead) for the Navy-Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) program in the office for Ground Weapon Systems (GWS) of MARCORSYSCOM/Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Marine Corps.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead an Integrated Product Team composed of members from multiple functional areas to execute assigned programs within approved resources and objectives.
- →You will coordinate daily activities of team members, integrate cross functional efforts, and report program status and risks to the Program Manager.
- →You will independently plan and manage complex acquisition projects, evaluate program progress, and adjust execution to meet mission needs and policy requirements.
- →You will oversee procurement actions including large value contracting efforts, manage unstable funding across fiscal years, and support source selection activities when required.
- →You will supervise personnel by assigning work, evaluating performance, providing feedback, supporting training, and resolving personnel issues in a fair and constructive manner.
- →You will develop procedures, improve organizational processes, support equal employment opportunity principles, and engage stakeholders including government and external partners.
