The purpose of this position is to serves as a Special Projects Officer for TEAM SUBMARINE (TSUB) providing project management, analytical, and coordination support to executive and Flag-level leadership on high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives. The incumbent assists in planning, tracking, and executing special projects that span multiple functional areas and program offices, ensuring deliverables are completed in alignment with Team Submarine's priorities and leadership's strategic intent.

- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: Serves as an advisor and recognized authority to executive and Flag-level leadership on high-priority policy, program, and organizational issues.
- →Assists in developing and implementing plans and strategies for major Command initiatives spanning multiple functional areas and program offices.
- →Plans, organizes and leads the execution of special projects assigned by leadership ensuring deliverables are completed in alignment with Command priorities and national defense objectives.
- →Establishes project goals and objectives, develops resource estimates, and coordinates priorities across competing initiatives spanning acquisition, policy, operations, and interagency equities.
- →Serves as an advisor and principal authority to Executive Directors and Flag Officers on program management, strategic assessments, and organizational matters of significant impact.
