About the Role
You will serve as a Program Manager in the Security and Intelligence Directorate of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (DUSN) for Intelligence and Security (DUSN (I&S).
What You'll Do
- →You will manage project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics, and resolves conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources.
- →You will advise Department of Navy (DON) leadership on a wide range of integrating activities including all of the Security disciplines.
- →You will collect data and use it to generate reports on work volume and projected staffing needs.
- →You will serve as the program authority for developing and reviewing Memorandums of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU).
- →You will serve as the primary DON Civilian Human Resources liaison—managing TWMS, RPAs, and JOAs—and ensures the prompt, compliant implementation of technical instructions and regulations.
- →You will leverage data analytics to balance staffing levels against work volume and generate projected staffing reports.
- →You will develop long-range strategic plans aligning existing talent needs with command business objectives, driving initiatives for recruitment, retention, training, and knowledge management.
- →You will collaborate with DON Echelon II Security Directorates and subject matter experts to execute enterprise-level security planning.
- →You will formulate and implement policy direction, guidance, and training programs to apply security procedures and methods across complex, multi-disciplinary environments
