You will serve as a Program Manager at the Strategy & Plans, Requirements, Resourcing and Assessments Department of NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP EIGHT
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for supervising and conducting detailed analysis of NSW mission requirements, threat assessments, operational force capabilities, and projected operational environments.
- →You will collect recommendations for increased capabilities and conduct detailed mission analysis to determine need.
- →You will act as the lead NSW proponent for programming, budgeting, and execution of investment, development, and sustainment resources for NSWG-8 focused Major Force Program (MFP)-2 and MFP-11 programs of records.
- →You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust long- and short-term priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work, assign work to subordinates based on priorities and evaluate work performance of subordinates.
- →You will lead and coordinate with the NSWG-8 Comptroller the development and submission of POM planning documents, Program Review and Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR) planning documents.
- →You will supervise research and development for locally procured equipment that is not contained within USSOCOM acquisition programs.
