You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Critical Misson Enablers (CME), for Robotics and Autonomous Systems (PAE RAS) of PEO UNMANNED AND SMALL COMBATANTS.
What You'll Do
- →You will responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of the Robotics Autonomous Systems (RAS) C2 ecosystem, which includes development, acquisition, testing, delivery, and ongoing support.
- →You will lead the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the RAS C2 programs including the submission and coordination of Budget Estimate Submission (BES) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) documents.
- →You will develop complex program plans, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), task statements, basis of estimates, resource requirements, and decision matrices for the C2 program in coordination with stakeholders.
- →You will exercise independent judgment, applies exceptional executive managerial skills and a broad background of knowledge in program/project management You will forecast and manage workload Personnel management encompasses organizational structure and resource loading.
