Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Assets and Facilities; Management, in Washington, District of Columbia. This is a non-bargaining unit position.

What You'll Do

  • As a Program Manager, you will perform the following duties: Implements, manages and oversees a variety of programs and operations in mail management, printing/graphics/reproduction.
  • Exercises authority to approve the allocation and distribution of funds in the organization's budget.
  • Recommends effective program/project(s) that lead to efficient operations to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Serves as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and a primary coordinator/liaison for contracting projects.
  • Provides advice regarding existing office practices and logistic services support techniques critical to the problem resolution of administrative program management and operations.
