About the Role
This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DOD Cyber Defense Command (DCDC).
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a principal advisor on acquisition, programmatic, and budgeting matters, ensuring program success and alignment with critical agency priorities.
- →Manages all programmatic activities for assigned programs, including planning, scheduling, requirements, design, development, deployment, and sustainment.
- →Leads and coordinates with diverse stakeholders to ensure program commitments are met, resolves conflicts, analyzes deviations, and develops effective solutions.
- →Conducts comprehensive program reviews, analyzes progress against established milestones, identifies slippage, and determines corrective actions required.
- →Drives continuous process improvement by analyzing organizational processes, using benchmarking to develop improvement goals, objectives, and strategies.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-14 grade level.
