Site specific salary information as follows: - Fort Lee, VA: $132,437 - $178,355 (includes 22.28% locality) - San Antonio, TX: $128,646 - $173,250 (includes 18.78% locality)
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the 508 Compliance and Accessibility Program Manager for the Agency Principal agency authority on Section 508 compliance matters and manages legal compliance risk on behalf of the agency.
- →Establish policies, processes, and programs to enable agency compliance with government laws and regulations.
- →Lead the 508 Compliance team to ensure their proficiency and ability to assist in managing complex agency-wide initiatives.
- →Expert in the development of organizational responses to real-world needs of employees and members of the public who have disabilities.
- →Interpret and apply Section 508 and related accessibility laws, regulations, and standards across a broad range of organizational activities and business operations, including the procurement, development, maintenance and use of technology.
- →Apply innovative strategies including identifying and recommending solutions to various Section 508 compliance issues.
Requirements
