About the Role
Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations, Admissibility & Passenger Programs, located in Washington D.C.
What You'll Do
- →Working as a Program Manager you will provide advice and consultation to programs that involve and support the mission of CBP.
- →This position starts at a salary of $121,785.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $158,322.00 (GS-13, Step 10).
- →Major duties for this position include but are not limited to: Developing and implementing internal communication plans for Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) updates, policies, and successes.
- →Managing TTP's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.
- →Supporting branding and marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
- →Producing and managing video assets, drafting press releases, public statements, and other communication materials.
- →Coordinating communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., OFO directorates, CBP components, DHS partners).

Requirements
