Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Division (OSF), Field Operations Facilities (FOF), Infrastructure, Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Branch.1 vacancy in the following locations: Indianapolis IN. Aliso Viejo CA, Euless TX, or Washington D.C.

What You'll Do

  • This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10) This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S.
  • Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Division (OSF), Field Operations Facilities (FOF), Program Management Office (PMO).
  • OSF is responsible for overseeing the planning, construction, maintenance, repairs, operations, and sustainment of OFAM's facilities pertaining to the Office of Air and Marine, the United States Border Patrol, and the Office of Field Operations to enable the CBP and DHS missions of protecting America and its citizens while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
  • Typical duties include the following: Planning, organizing, controlling, and assessing facility management work on behalf of Infrastructure, Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
  • Leading complex projects, defining critical quality factors, and recommends process improvements on key initiatives which improve service delivery, reduce costs, improve quality, and reduce process cycle time.
  • Providing subject matter expertise and technical direction in project management, analysis, process improvement, and methodology for projects within the Field Office's.

Requirements
