This position is located in the Workforce Performance and Specialized Employment Division (WP&SED), Human Resources Directorate (HRD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). The incumbent serves as a program analyst with responsibility for analyzing and evaluation programs, operations, and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency. The incumbent is also responsible for providing timely information, guidance, and support to customers regarding performance management.

- →Recent Graduates conferred transcripts must confirm a degree was obtained no more than two years prior to the date of your appointment or anticipated completion date of NLT June 30, 2026.

- →Incumbents typical work assignments may include the following: Serve as a Program Analyst with responsibility for conducting research, analyzing and evaluating programs, operations and procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.
- →Responsible for providing timely information, guidance and support to customers regarding performance management, which may include data that pertains to legacy or senior executive rating-based awards.
- →Leading and conducting comprehensive studies.
- →Identify, study and analyze short and long-range operating trends.
