The Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Service (ASPS) in the VA Northern California Health Care System (V ANCHCS) is a standalone specialty service clinic with direct reporting requirements to the office of the Chief of Staff. ASPS is a unified service comprised of two distinct professional disciplines - audiology and speech-language pathology.
What You'll Do
- →Major Duties: As Practice Manager, the primary focus of the Program Analyst is to collect and evaluate data quantifying and qualifying clinic status and provider activity, synthesize those data, and present them to ASPS leadership.
- →The Program Analyst reviews regularly presented data about the service.
- →Data distributed weekly include but are not limited to the Pending Appointment Detail Report, Encounter Action Required Report, the Aging Consult Report, and the Unsigned/Uncosigned Notes Report.
- →The Program Analyst holds a key position in the Process Improvement activities of the service. n this position the Program Analyst identifies questions for investigation of operations or processes; initiates process improvement projects; participates with and supports ASPS staff in process improvement activities; and gathers data relevant to process improvement projects.
- →Work Schedule: Full Time.
- →Monday-Friday. 0800 am - 1630 pm Telework: This position may be AD-Hoc Eligible for telework.

Requirements
