The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst in the Business Insight and Data Solutions (BIDS) section of Loan Guaranty Service. BIDS relies on data-driven decisions to recommend, guide, or execute activities, and to deliver high-caliber customer service to (LGY) stakeholders, while focusing and delivering efforts on data, analytics, and research projects and initiatives.
What You'll Do
- →Specific duties include: Develops and executes recommendations related to the management and governance of such data assets, and documenting data management/data governance protocols, policies, and procedures.
- →Conducts research, identifies and solutions data quality, integrity, and data access issues that arise.
- →Responsible for reconciling any conflicting or discordant data in appropriate and technically accurate manner.
- →Provides operational expertise and work necessary to create, manipulate, curate, publish, and otherwise manage datasets, reports, data analysis, and data visualizations that deliver insights and intelligence to program staff, leadership, and other stakeholders.
- →Facilitates the development and delivery of communication or other advisory materials which provide critical data security, data use, and data publication standards and rules to the program's users and consumers of data and analytic products.
- →Supports and leverages a wide variety of stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.
- →Stakeholders represent the entire spectrum of the mortgage loan lifecycle, Federal program management and oversight, including data and enterprise architects, data and system engineers.
- →Work Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday Telework: Available, as determined by the agency policy.
